Instructions

  1. Season the steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot and shimmering, carefully place the steaks in the skillet.
