Description

Indulgent Chocolate Graham Cracker S’mores Sliders are a delicious twist on the classic s’mores, featuring layers of chocolate, marshmallows, and a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  4. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the baked crust, followed by the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the broken milk chocolate bars.
  5. Top with the remaining graham cracker mixture, pressing it down gently to create a top layer.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and the chocolate is melted.
  7. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing into squares. Serve warm for the best gooey experience.

Notes

  • For a twist, try adding a layer of peanut butter or Nutella between the marshmallows and chocolate for a richer flavor.
