- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup chopped olives (green and black mixed)
- 1/2 cup diced roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 French baguette or assorted crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses until well combined.
- Add the chopped olives, diced roasted red peppers, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the cheese dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with sliced baguette or crackers.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the cheese mixture.
- Substitute the olives with artichoke hearts or sun-dried tomatoes for a different flavor profile.
