Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup chopped olives (green and black mixed)
  • 1/2 cup diced roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 French baguette or assorted crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses until well combined.
  4. Add the chopped olives, diced roasted red peppers, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the cheese dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with sliced baguette or crackers.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the cheese mixture.
  • Substitute the olives with artichoke hearts or sun-dried tomatoes for a different flavor profile.
