Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the raw pumpkin seeds, olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Stir until the seeds are evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the seeds are golden brown and crunchy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
