Instructions

  1. Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. This step is crucial for achieving crispy pancakes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained potatoes, chopped onion, egg, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using). Mix until well combined.
