- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh celery sticks and carrot sticks for serving
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack. This will help them crisp up while roasting.
- Roast the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- While the wings are roasting, mix the buffalo sauce, melted butter, and honey (if using) in a separate bowl.
- Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
- Return the sauced wings to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to set the sauce.
- Serve hot with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and your choice of blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
