- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a large bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken drumsticks and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned drumsticks on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes.
- While the drumsticks are baking, prepare the blue cheese yogurt dip by mixing Greek yogurt, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- After 30 minutes, remove the drumsticks from the oven and brush them with the melted butter mixed with hot sauce. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Once done, let the drumsticks rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with the creamy blue cheese yogurt dip on the side.
