- 8 large flour tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 8 ounces sliced turkey breast
- 8 ounces sliced cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
- Layer 2 ounces of sliced turkey breast on top of the cream cheese, followed by 2 ounces of sliced cheddar cheese.
- Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves and a few slices of bell pepper on top of the cheese.
- Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat steps 2-5 for the remaining tortillas.
- Once all tortillas are rolled, use a sharp knife to slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture.
- Substitute the turkey with ham or roast beef for a different flavor profile.
