A creamy and delicious spinach artichoke dip that’s perfect for parties or as a snack.

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly incorporated.
- Add the chopped artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a smoky flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika to the mixture before baking.
- Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
- You can also use this dip as a spread on sandwiches or wraps.
