- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the spinach, banana, frozen blueberries, almond milk, almond butter, and honey or maple syrup if using.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle with chia seeds if desired. Serve immediately.
