Scale
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.
- Place the biscuit bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
- For a cheesy variation, substitute mozzarella cheese for cheddar.
